21 Years of Tours page 13 has a photo of a coal grab at Nyngan on 5/5/63, this is probably 1057.
July 1988 has a photo of
1057 coaling 3272 at Nyngan in January 1963,
probably 1057.
Roundhouse April 1995 has a photo dated
1965 of a coal grab at Mudgee that is probably 1057.
Railway Album No5has a photo of two coaling
cranes in use at Eveleigh on 21/9/1968. These are probably 1057 and
1064.
Another photo of the pair at Eveleigh, coaling 1919 in 1970 appears in
Roundhouse April 1996 edition. In this
photo primitive 'cabs' have been added to both cranes which do not appear in
the 1968 photo. The cabs are constructed of corrugated iron and fabric.
